Best burr coffee grinder 2021 with plastic jar Giveneu™

I bought the Giveneu Burr Grinder. Was super excited. Ground 1 cup. started grinding the second and the grinder stopped. Error code E1, which means clean and reassemble. I've cleaned, and cleaned and cleaned, even sprayed a can of air into it hoping to clean any and all sensors. I've also tried contacting Giveneu via the only method available to customers, the Chat. I've left my phone # and email address and asked for a technician to call and help me fix this machine. No call, no email, looks like no effort.
I am going to return this machine, after 1 cup of coffee and 4 days of ownership. What a bummer. I don't even want to give 1 star.

It worked 3 times with no problems, now it stops grinding in 3 seconds. Took everything apart and cleaned it. Same thing is happening, 3 to 5 seconds of grinding then nothing. Going to return it and buy a Mr Coffee like I had before, at least it lasted over 2 years.

After watching several YouTube reviews I was impressed and knew I would like. Upon receiving, opening the box and grinding some coffee beans, the Giveneu Burr Coffee Grinder exceeded my expectations. It is extremely well packed to avoid damage. Well, written Instruction Manual. Easier to clean than a previous Burr Grinder I had. Produced excellent ground coffee from fFine to Coarse. There were some shipping issue. No damage, but sent and delivered to a address in Nevada and I live in Texas. Giveneu Customer Service is Outstanding! Once I noticed the error I contacted Customer Service. Sophia K. Contacted me immediately to confirm my address and began communicating with the Shipping Company and UPS. Assuming it was lost, Sophia immediately shipped a replacement, insured the shipper had my correct address and suggested they ship USPS. Replacement was received in 3 days. I plan on sending several as gifts. I highly recommend the Giveneu Burr Coffee Grinder.

I got my new Giveneu Burr Mill been grinder today and I'm thrilled with it. I had a cheap one that I've used for years but was never happy with the consistency of the particle size. This Giveneu has a much better Burr grinder than my old one. First of all, the grain size of the grounds is very consistent. And the coffee flavor is very enhanced because of that. I made the best cup of coffee in my Chemex coffee maker tonight that I've ever had. It has a timer button, or a number-of-cups button. The number-of-cups buttons doesn't seem to produce enough grounds for a cup, so I use the timer. It times-out in 25 seconds, and by then all the beans are ground. It's not as noisy as my old one and it's so much easier to clean. Unlock and lift off the bean canister, then twist and unlock the burr grinder, and clean and brush both the removed piece and the solid one in the machine. It is a very robust blade system. Built very solidly. I'm super impressed with this unit and for the price, I feel I'm getting a very high quality bean grinder for a very low price. You'll love your coffee again!

Took a bit of time to get the setting down needed to get the perfect amount, but once founding the ratio, it’s really great to press a button and then walk away while it grinds the perfect amount. Gone are the days of standing over the grinder, pressing the button til you think you have the perfect grind. My only complaint in the storage container were the grounds drop. The entry area is small so that bean dusting ends up outside where you want it to be and then when opening the top of the container there’s always a cloud and spillage of dust. It doesn’t stay confined to an area. I wish the grounds stayed more confined to the area!
Does make a delicious cup of coffee!
