Return/Exchange Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, GIVENEU offers 30 days no-worry return guarantee and 12-months replacement warranty. 

Before you start your return, here's a few things you need to know.

• Only damaged item will offer shipping label
• Exchange or return not offer shipping label
• All returned GIVENEU product must be in the complete original packaging, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
• We also need one photo of the product
• A return fee of $5 will be removed from your refund
